The villa features a spacious open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, and a wood-fired sauna. There are sleeping places for up to 12 people, including a summer sleep cabin. The villa is topped off with a large glazed terrace, a separate lakeside sauna, and a large hot tub.

A charming lakeside villa perfect for 4+4 people. The private beach and pier, along with a barbecue area in the yard, ensure unforgettable moments surrounded by nature. The cozy villa includes an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a wood-fired sauna, and a large glazed terrace with breathtaking views of the lake. The villa also features a charming log cabin, which offers additional sleeping space for four in the summer. The outdoor hot tub on the terrace provides the perfect place to relax.

Frequently Asked Questions
The villa is generally available from 4:00 PM on the arrival day to 1:00 PM on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed.
The villa has an electronic lock. You will receive the code upon arrival, and we will meet you there.
Pets are welcome to join your vacation. Please ensure your pet’s messes are cleaned up, both indoors and outdoors.
You can pay via MobilePay, by invoice (sent to your email), in full or in installments. Your stay must be fully paid before arrival.
If you cancel at least 30 days before your reservation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel at least 14 days in advance, you will receive 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booking are non-refundable.
You can purchase the final cleaning and rent bed linens either in advance along with your villa reservation or potentially on-site from the caretaker/owner. The price is listed in the villa description. In some locations, you can also purchase bed linens made up on the bed. Not all properties offer rental linens or final cleaning services, so please confirm in advance if you plan to rent linens or buy final cleaning.
You can charge an electric or hybrid car at the villa if the owner permits it. In many locations, a separate fee is charged for charging, such as €20 per stay per car. Always check in advance if the villa has a charging point and if it is available for use, either from the property details or directly from the owner or caretaker. We recommend using slow charging whenever possible. If the villa does not have charging facilities, check the availability of public charging stations in the area.
In addition to your personal belongings, make sure to pack at least bath towels and bed linens unless otherwise arranged, along with sauna towels or seat pads. In the summer, it’s also good to bring mosquito repellent.
The villa provides a reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, filter bags, and basic spices.
